Set Your Intention Tonight

When you go to bed, tonight, set your intention of what you’re going to think about as soon as you’re aware you’re awake in the morning. We tend to allow our mind to go to the worries, what we’re not happy about, or what we wish was different — automatically — first-thing.

The brain is designed to focus on the bad stuff (the “danger”) — it’s part of our survival mechanism — whether the “danger” is real or imagined.

Wherever you put your focus (whatever you think about) triggers matching brain chemicals — that cause feelings and emotions. Physiologically.
