Hi Emma :) You're very welcome - so glad you liked it. Yes, because the brain automatically prioritizes "danger" (for survival), we don't automatically tend to focus on the good feeling of having done something (which is why we need to consciously make that effort). Instead, the brain automatically starts focusing on the next thing that is "wrong" - things we still need to solve (the "danger"). :)
